Victor Okoh

Victor takes a frank and commercial approach to advising his clients, who rely on his proven ability to identify and capitalise on the best possible outcome for their specific needs. This, paired with his engaging charisma, enables him to build strong and long-standing relationships with all clients and colleagues.

Victor possesses a wealth of experience in all property related matters, including Landlord and Tenant disputes, the purchase and sale of properties and in advising both Landlords and Tenants. Most notably, he is recognised as a skilled negotiator with an innovative and in-depth understanding of client needs, tactfully dealing with contentious matters that include disputes arising out of contracts, across jurisdictions. Victor’s highlights include advising on a £120 million claim, relating to a breach of performance on several associated construction contracts.

Victor was previously the director of a successful consulting and business advisory firm in Mayfair, London, where he advised clients on commodity asset holding markets, with strong links to the oil and gas sector. He has advised businesses in a diverse range of industries including agriculture, business construction, mining, shipping, manufacturing and sports.

Having 20 years’ experience of working in the legal and corporate field, Victor is commended for his ability to handle major projects from the planning stage, through to implementation and completion. He has acted for various national and international clients on a wide range of matters. He provides ongoing commercial advice to several companies within the natural resources and logistics sector, which includes Sirius Energy Resources on its acquisition of the Grein Block in the republic of Niger, Duport Marine and TAI Holdings Group.

Victor was awarded his LLB from the University of Hertfordshire and completed his LLM in Shipping and International Commercial Law at King’s College London.
