Joining BOS in 2022, Osato is a Partner in BOS’ Lagos branch that specialises in Tech, Corporate and Commercial Law. Osato specialises in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital Finance, handling capital investments towards different companies and entities.
Osato approaches matters with practicality in mind, addressing concerns through a commercial lens and with a commercial approach. Before joining BOS, Osato worked at Olaniwun Ajayi LP, a leading law firm in Lagos, and brings a substantial level of knowledge and skill to the BOS team. Osato’s commercial lens is thoroughly refined, overseeing and circumnavigating through every commercial facet and outcome for the client. Osato delivers a great deal of care when working with clients, ensuring that every situational concern receives its appropriate level of contingency. After thorough analysis, Osato quickly provides practical solutions, following legal requisites to ensure that her client’s requests are best met.
After gaining a BA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Manchester, Osato was awarded her LLB at King’s College London. She then completed her LLM at University College London and completed her LPCs at BPP College London.
Osato also holds a BL qualification from the Nigerian Law School.
