Chidubem serves as an Associate Solicitor at BOS’ Lagos office, specializing primarily in Corporate and Commercial practice. In this role, he supports legal professionals by conducting thorough legal research, drafting documents, and fulfilling any necessary administrative responsibilities.
Prior to joining BOS in 2024, Chidubem played a key role in the Finance and Energy, Infrastructure & Power practice areas of his previous firm in which he helped facilitate project financing for capital projects in different sectors ranging from Oil & Gas to Electricity and Renewables.
Chidubem is a purpose-driven and analytical individual with who possesses the ability to work in different environments. He demonstrates a strong ability to adapt to new challenges, coupled with an attention to detail and a strong commitment to continuous learning.
Chidubem completed his LL.B at Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti and also holds a BL qualification from the Nigerian Law School. Outside of work, Chidubem enjoys listening to music, playing board games, and consuming works of fiction and non-fiction.
